 NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD AND PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE FOR BERRIEN TOWNSHIP
Berrien Township, Berrien County, Michigan will hold a Public Comment Period for the Berrien Township Community Park, Recreation, Open Space and Greenway Plan from December 20, 2024 through January 28, 2025

The plan will be available for review during business hours at the Berrien Township Hall (8916 M-140, Berrien Center, MI  49102) which are Monday through Thursday from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.  The plan is also available for review on the Internet at www.swmpc.org/berrientwp.asp .

Written comments can be submitted by email to clerk@berrientownship.org or by mail to 8916 M-140, Berrien Center, MI 49102 and must be received by January 18, 2025.

The Berrien Township Board of Trustees will also hold a Public Hearing on the draft plan on January 28, 2025, at 7:00 pm, at the Berrien Township Hall (8916 M-140, Berrien Center, MI  49102).  At this meeting, the public will have the opportunity to give oral and/or written comments and also ask questions regarding the plan.  All interested parties are urged to attend.
